20CrMnTi alloy steel pipe is a low carbon steel pipe with a carbon content of 0.17%-0.24%. It is a commonly used gear steel that is widely used in the manufacture of many parts. We provide 20CrMnTi alloy steel pipes in three different processes: cold drawn, hot rolled and cold rolled bright seamless steel pipes. Each process is designed for different needs to ensure product quality and performance. The 20CrMnTi alloy steel pipe manufactured by the cold drawing process has high dimensional accuracy and surface finish, and is suitable for application scenarios with high precision requirements. 20CrMnTi alloy steel pipes manufactured by the hot rolling process have high strength and wear resistance, and are suitable for working environments that withstand greater pressure and impact. Cold-rolled bright seamless steel pipes have excellent corrosion resistance and aesthetics, and are suitable for applications that require beautiful appearance. | |||||||||

Product Description
20CrMo is an alloy structural steel with high hardenability and no temper brittleness. However, its weldability is poor, similar to 45#, and it has a certain tendency to cold crack. In addition, 20CrMo also has good cutting processability and cold strain plasticity.
This material is usually used in the quenching and tempering or carburizing and quenching state, and can replace 20CrMnTi, 20Cr, 20MV, 20Mn2, 20CrNi and other materials. It is suitable for manufacturing high-pressure pipelines and various fasteners working in non-corrosive media with operating temperatures below 250°C and nitrogen-containing hydrogen mixture media. In addition, it is also suitable for manufacturing higher-grade carburized parts, such as gears, shafts, etc.
Application
20CrMnTi is widely used in shafts, piston parts and various special parts of automobiles and aircraft. Especially in the automotive and tractor industries, it is widely used as carburized parts. These parts usually have the following characteristics: cross-sectional size less than 30mm, high speed operation, medium to heavy load, and need to withstand impact and friction. Common carburized parts include gears, shafts, ring gears, gear shafts, sliding bearing spindles, cross heads, tooth clutches, worms, etc.
The advantage of 20CrMnTi is its excellent carburizing properties, making it very suitable for use in these important carburized parts. It can withstand high-speed operation and impact loads, and has good wear and heat resistance.
