Product Description
SGH340+Z hot-dip zinc-coated coil is a high-tensile galvanized steel product produced in accordance with the JIS G 3302 standard. The base material is a structural-grade steel with minimum yield strength of 340 MPa, and the “+Z” designation indicates a continuous hot-dip zinc coating for excellent corrosion resistance.
This material combines strength and processability, making it suitable for cold forming, stamping, bending, and light structural applications. The zinc layer not only protects the steel from rust but also enhances its lifespan in humid, coastal, and industrial environments.

APPLICATION
SGH340+Z galvanized steel coils are widely used in manufacturing and construction sectors where both strength and corrosion resistance are required. Typical applications include:
Cold-formed profiles & structural frames
Automotive parts – seat brackets, stiffeners, floor structures
HVAC systems – ducts, housing, ventilation frames
Electrical enclosures & control cabinets
Roofing and wall systems – base panel for sandwich boards
Warehouse racking, industrial shelving, partitions
Its high mechanical strength and protective zinc coating make it especially suitable for outdoor and humid environments, where long-term durability is essential.
