PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
DX56D galvanized round tube is a hot-dip galvanized steel tube made of high ductility DX56D substrate. The surface is covered with a uniform zinc layer, with excellent corrosion resistance and good formability. It is widely used in building structures, automotive parts, furniture manufacturing and other industries, especially suitable for application scenarios with high requirements for forming performance and surface quality.

PRODUCT PRODUCTION PROCESS
The production process includes hot-rolled or cold-rolled DX56D steel strip uncoiling → cleaning and degreasing → pickling → continuous annealing → hot-dip galvanizing → air knife zinc control → passivation/oiling treatment → forming → high-frequency welding → cutting to length → end treatment → finished product inspection and packaging. The entire process strictly controls the uniformity of zinc layer adhesion and the dimensional accuracy of the finished product to ensure stable product quality and long service life.
