PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
DX56D galvanized steel round pipe is produced from ultra-low carbon steel conforming to EN 10346, with a hot-dip zinc coating applied to enhance its corrosion resistance. DX56D is characterized by very high formability, making it especially suitable for deep drawing, bending, flanging, and roll-forming operations.
Thanks to the protective Z coating (Z40–Z275), this round pipe resists rust and environmental wear, making it a long-lasting solution for both indoor and outdoor applications.

APPLICATION
DX56D galvanized steel round pipes are widely used in sectors that demand high forming performance and strong anti-corrosion capabilities. Typical application fields include:
Automotive industry – inner door panels, exhaust systems, structural tubing
HVAC systems – air ducts, ventilation pipes
Construction & framing – lightweight steel frames, piping supports
Furniture manufacturing – tubular frames, desk & chair structures
Electrical conduit systems – cable routing, protection in moist environments
Home appliance industry – outer housing, brackets, and tubing
Its superior ductility and surface quality make DX56D a preferred material for precision parts requiring tight bending radii and smooth surface finishing.

PRODUCT PRODUCTION PROCESS
The production process includes hot-rolled or cold-rolled DX56D steel strip uncoiling → cleaning and degreasing → pickling → continuous annealing → hot-dip galvanizing → air knife zinc control → passivation/oiling treatment → forming → high-frequency welding → cutting to length → end treatment → finished product inspection and packaging. The entire process strictly controls the uniformity of zinc layer adhesion and the dimensional accuracy of the finished product to ensure stable product quality and long service life.
