DX53D galvanized color PPGI plate:
Galvanized coils are made by immersing thin steel sheets in a molten zinc bath to form a layer of zinc covering the surface. It is mainly produced by the continuous galvanizing process, that is, the coiled steel plate is continuously immersed in a galvanizing tank filled with molten zinc to make a galvanized steel plate; there is also an alloy galvanized steel plate. Alloy galvanized steel panels are manufactured by hot-dip plating. They are heated to about 500°C immediately after coming out of the tank to form an alloy film of zinc and iron. This galvanized coil has excellent paint adhesion and welding properties.

DX53D galvanized color PPGI plate products are mainly widely used in construction, light industry, automobile, agriculture, animal husbandry, fishery, and commercial industries. In the construction industry, it is mainly used to manufacture roof panels for anti-corrosion industries and civil buildings; in the light industry, it is used to manufacture home appliance casings, civil chimneys, kitchen utensils, etc.; in the automobile industry, it is mainly used to manufacture corrosion-resistant automobile parts. Parts, etc.; in agriculture, animal husbandry and fishery, it is mainly used for grain storage and transportation, frozen meat and aquatic products; in the commercial field, it is mainly used for the transportation and storage of material storage and packaging equipment.
First of all, this series of steels has high strength and good deformation ability, and has excellent bonding and welding properties.
Secondly, it also has the characteristics of good overall rigidity, good seismic performance, good thermal insulation performance, long service life, large space, short construction period, and low investment. Therefore, this series of steel materials is mainly used in housing construction and other fields.
In addition, it has strong corrosion resistance, smooth surface and beautiful appearance. Typically used on surface building materials or structural components such as roofs, walls, flashings, trenches, underground pipes, vent pipes, interior decoration, fences, steel frames, etc.
(1) Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet. Dip the thin steel plate into the molten zinc tank to make the thin steel plate with a layer of zinc adhered to its surface. At present, the continuous galvanizing process is mainly used for production, that is, the coiled steel plate is continuously immersed in a galvanizing tank with molten zinc to make a galvanized steel plate;
(2) Alloyed galvanized steel plate. This kind of steel panel is also made by hot dip method, but it is heated to about 500℃ immediately after coming out of the tank, so that it can form an alloy film of zinc and iron. This galvanized sheet has good paint adhesion and weldability;
(3) Electro-galvanized steel plate. The galvanized steel panel manufactured by electroplating has good processability. However, the coating is thinner and its corrosion resistance is not as good as that of hot-dip galvanized panels;
(4) Single-sided galvanized steel and double-sided galvanized steel. Single-sided galvanized steel sheet, that is, a product that is galvanized on only one side. In terms of welding, painting, anti-rust treatment, processing, etc., it has better adaptability than double-sided galvanized sheet. In order to overcome the shortcomings of one side without galvanizing, there is another kind of galvanized sheet coated with a thin layer of zinc on the other side, that is, double-sided differential galvanized sheet;
(5) alloy, composite galvanized steel. It is an alloy made of zinc and other metals such as aluminum, lead, zinc, or even a composite plated steel plate. This kind of steel plate not only has excellent antirust performance, but also has good coating performance;
