INTRODUCTION OF ASME SA106 PIPE
SA106 seamless pipe is a carbon steel seamless pipe that meets the ASME SA106 standard and is mainly used in high temperature and high pressure environments. (SA106 Gr A;SA106 Gr B;SA106 Gr C)Made of carbon steel, seamless pipes are widely used in the oil and gas, power, chemical and other industries to transport high temperature and high pressure fluids or as components of equipment such as boilers and heat exchangers. APPLICATION OR ASME SA106 PIPE
Low and medium pressure boiler pipelines: suitable for heating surface pipeline systems with working pressure ≤5.88Mpa and temperature ≤450℃.
High-pressure boilers and industrial pipelines: suitable for high temperature and high pressure environments with working pressure ≥9.8Mpa and temperature 450℃~650℃, such as boiler heating surface pipes, economizers, superheaters, reheaters, etc.

PRODUCTION PROCESS
According to different production processes, SA106B seamless pipes can be divided into hot rolling, cold rolling, cold drawing and extrusion. Among them, hot-rolled seamless pipes are usually produced by automatic pipe rolling units. After strict quality inspection and surface treatment, the pipe blanks are heated, perforated, rolled, leveled and sized, and finally form seamless steel pipes with uniform wall thickness and precise size.
