It has a tendency to temper brittleness and poor transverse impact toughness. It has good welding performance, but when the thickness is greater than 3mm, it should be preheated to 150℃ and heat treated after welding. The main alloying elements include carbon (0.27-0.34%), silicon (0.9-1.2%), manganese (0.8-1.1%), and chromium (0.8-1.1%).
