Product Description
16MnCr5 Alloy sheet is an alloy quenched engineering steel suitable for parts requiring a core tensile strength of 800-1100 N/mm² and good wear resistance. It is an engineering material commonly used in the manufacture of piston pins, camshafts, levers and other vehicle and mechanical engineering components. 16MNCR5 grade steel can also be provided in different shapes, such as round steel, flat steel, square steel bars, etc.
Application
16MnCr5 Alloy sheet is widely used in various gear transmission applications in rotating machinery. Typical applications include valve bodies, pumps and fittings, high load wheels, bolts, studs, gears, and internal combustion engines. Steel balls, rollers and bushings on transmission shafts of electric locomotives, machine tools, tractors, steel rolling equipment, boring machines, railway vehicles and mining machinery.
