PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
12Cr1MoV steel plate is a high-performance low-alloy heat-resistant steel. After high-temperature normalizing and tempering, its metallographic structure is mainly ferrite and pearlite (or partial bainite). Compared with similar low-alloy heat-resistant steels, this steel plate not only has excellent processing performance, but also shows higher thermal strength and durability, and is suitable for high-temperature and pressure environments. It is widely used in power, chemical, boilers, high-temperature pipelines and other fields, providing users with stable and lasting support.

Application
12Cr1MoV steel plate is a high-quality low-alloy heat-resistant steel with high heat resistance and hot brittleness resistance, and maintains excellent relaxation stability at 450°C. At the same time, 12Cr1MoV steel plate has good cold deformation plasticity and processing properties, and its welding performance is also ideal.
It is mainly used to manufacture small-diameter seamless steel pipes and hot-rolled materials, and is widely used in high-temperature pressure equipment, such as main steam pipes with steam temperatures as high as 510°C and superheated pipes with wall temperatures of 540°C in boilers and steam turbines. After quenching and tempering, 12Cr1MoV steel plates can also be used to make various elastic components in high-temperature environments to meet stringent industrial needs.
