SGH340 is a high-strength general-purpose hot-dip galvanized steel sheet produced according to ‌JIS G 3302 (Japanese Industrial Standard). SGH340 usually uses hot-rolled pickled raw materials, but can also be produced using cold hard galvanized alternatives (unless otherwise specified, as long as it can meet customer needs). SGH340 is most suitable for ‌drain pipes, ‌automotive components, ‌electrical equipment, ‌refrigerated storage, color-coated substrates, etc.

 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

JIS G3302 steel sheet


SGH340 is a high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel sheet produced according to Japanese Industrial Standard JIS G 3302. This product has excellent corrosion resistance and good coating performance, making it an ideal steel choice for industrial production. SGH340 has a smooth surface and no zinc spangles. It has been specially processed to ensure that the steel sheet is flat and beautiful, and is suitable for a variety of application scenarios.


Substrate type: hot-rolled pickled raw material (cold hard galvanized raw material can also be used, depending on customer needs).

Yield strength (Rp0.2): ≥ 245 MPa

Tensile strength (Rm): ≥ 340 MPa

Elongation (A50): ≥ 20%

Thickness range: 1.6 - 6.0 mm


Product features: By adding special elements, the galvanized layer is free of zinc flowers, ensuring a fine and smooth surface.
