Product Description

DX56D galvanized flat plate-the thin steel plate is immersed in a molten zinc tank, and the surface of the thin steel plate is adhered to a layer of zinc. At present, the continuous galvanizing process is mainly used to produce galvanized steel sheets and alloyed galvanized steel sheets by continuously immersing the coiled steel sheets in a galvanizing tank with molten zinc. DX56D steel plates can also be manufactured using the hot dip method, but immediately after being discharged from the tank, they are heated to about 500 °C to form an alloy film of zinc and iron. Therefore, the DX56D galvanized coil has good paint adhesion and weldability.

SURFACE TREATMENT

a. After the cold and hot-rolled substrates are first degreased by alkali washing, washed with water, and dried, they enter a horizontal (or vertical) heating furnace with radiant tube heating for annealing. A certain amount of hydrogen is introduced into the furnace to create a reducing environment.

b. The steel strip heated to a certain temperature is immersed in zinc liquid under specific conditions for hot-dip galvanizing. Before the substrate immersed in the zinc solution comes out of the zinc pot, instruments are used to control the amount of zinc plating.

c. The size of zinc flowers is controlled by the liquid zinc composition and is controlled by forced cooling. For products that require small zinc flowers, use small zinc flower equipment for rapid cooling before the zinc flowers begin to spread to prevent the zinc liquid from continuing to spread and form small zinc flowers.

d. After the hot-dip galvanized strip is cooled, it is surface-finished. Finally, depending on the use, it can be surface passivated or directly produced into color-coated coil sheets.
