DX56D PPGI galvanized sheet：
PPGI stands for Pre-Painted Excited and refers to pre-painted steel products such as PPGI Loop (Electric Curl in Multiple Covers) and PPGI Sheet (Stirring Sheet in Multiple Covers).
These products are created by applying colored paint to charged curls using a defined strategy, resulting in a variety of dynamic shades. This vivid and attractive surface enhances its flexibility and usability.
Galvanized ppgl steel plate is a thin steel plate that is soaked in liquid zinc spray to form a layer of zinc on its surface. It is essentially delivered by continuous agitation, where a ring of steel plates is continuously immersed in a tank of liquid zinc to electrify the plates. Another strategy involves the manufacture of alloy-stirred steel plates that are heated to around 500°C after coming out of the tank to form a composite film of zinc and iron.
