 Product Specifications

ASTM W1-10 steel (equivalent to EN C105U) is a premium, high-carbon tool steel. It has excellent hardness and wear resistance and is suitable for areas such as tool manufacturing and stamping mold manufacturing. Whether making blades, tool holders, or cutting parts of molds, T10 steel delivers superior performance and reliability.

 Application 

Due to the widespread use of molds, the working conditions of various molds vary greatly, so the range of materials used to manufacture molds is very wide. 

S50C, S48C, S45C, SCr440: Used for manufacturing plastic molds or mold bases with small batch production, small mold load area, low dimensional accuracy, and surface roughness requirements.

P20, P20TiNi: This steel has high purity and good cutting performance, and the tools made have high precision and will not deform. High strength and toughness, suitable for manufacturing large and complex molds.

SK7-SK2, SUJ2, SUP6: Suitable for molds with simple and small shapes, ensuring high strength, wear resistance, sufficient toughness, and durability.

16Mn: used for the motor shaft.

SKS31: used for shearing dies, stamping dies, forming dies, friction plate ejector pins small plastic molds, etc.

SKD1: Suitable for deep drawing and stamping dies that require high wear resistance and simple shapes under small dynamic load conditions.

Appropriate materials need to be selected based on the specific mold application and working conditions to ensure that the mold has the required strength, wear resistance, toughness, and durability.
