40CrMnMo alloy steel is a grade of alloy structural steel stipulated by Chinese national standards. Unified digital code: A34402. After quenching and tempering treatment, it has good comprehensive mechanical properties, good hardenability and high tempering stability. Mostly used in tempering state.
It is often used in the manufacture of heavy-duty, greatly increased gear shafts, gears, rear axle shafts of large trucks, center shafts, eccentric shafts, connecting rods, and similar parts of steam turbines. Blades are used instead of 40CrNiMo.
Application
Ordinary carbon structural steel has a wide range of applications.
